Terms of Service for Spot.work

Welcome to Spot.work, a project management platform operated by SPOTZ Technology SL (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Spot.work.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Spot.work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Spot.work on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
● To use Spot.work, you must create an account by providing your name (or alias) and email address.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
● You may delete your account at any time directly within the Spot.work platform.
3. Premium Features and Payments
● Spot.work offers premium features that require a monthly subscription.
● Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions for payment processing.
● By subscribing to premium features, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
● You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
● We offer a standard refund policy for SaaS platforms. If you are dissatisfied with Spot.work, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. Refunds will not be provided for partial billing periods or after the 14-day window.

5. User Responsibilities
● You agree to use Spot.work only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
● You may not:
● Use Spot.work for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
● Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of Spot.work.
6. Intellectual Property
● All content and materials on Spot.work, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SPOTZ Technology SL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
● You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on Spot.work, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the platform’s services.
7. Termination
● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
● You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the Spot.work platform.
8. Changes to Terms
● We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notification within the Spot.work platform.
● Your continued use of Spot.work after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
● Spot.work is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPOTZ Technology SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spot.work.
10. GDPR Compliance
● We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Spot.work shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
